Reset other account or domain password
If you are able to login with your primary (corporate) account using MFA, you can reset your secondary domain or privileged/admin account passwords using this service.
To reset your secondary/admin account:
- Connect to VPN (or, if you're in a corporate office, ensure you are connected to the corporate network and not guest wifi)
- Click the button below - you will be prompted to login with Okta Verify and MFA
- Follow the prompts to select the account you want to reset.
