Reset my primary account password or MFA

Due to security upgrades currently taking place, Locksmith cannot provide reset options for primary SEA domain passwords and multi-factor authentication (MFA) at this time. These workflows are expected to be reactivated in April 2023.
- For assistance with a primary account password reset, please reach out to the GSD.
- For assistance with MFA where you cannot access your account, please reach out to the GSD.
- If you have a working primary account and MFA, and would like to add or manage your MFA factors, you can do so directly under the settings menu at https://expediagroup.okta.com
Privileged accounts and other domain passwords can still be reset via Locksmith.
